1. Maintain hygiene: hand wash with soap frequently, wear masks, keep distance
2. Deep breathing and steam inhalation : hold air in lungs for few seconds before exhaling. Keep airways mucus free by gargling with warm salt water.
3. Drink plenty of fluids/ water warm or at room temperature. Do not leave throat dry.
4. Diet high in antioxidants: vitamins A.C.E,D. Amalaki/ makham pom in thai gooseberries are high in ascorbic acid – source of vitamin C.
